slice the potatoes in to thin slices. Do the same to the tomatoes and the onions. Put one layer of potatoes into an oven dish. Squeeze the garlic, and put it on top of the potatoes, add pepper, salt, some parmiggiano, a layer of onions, add some cream on top, then the tomatoes, and finally a second layer of potatoes.Put the dish into the oven for 20 mins on 200º on the position grill.
Open the oven and add the fish on top (properly cleaned). Add salt and pepper, and put 2 thin slices of lemon in its belly, and 2 on top.
Put the dish back into the oven for 15 mins on 200º in normal oven mode.
